Exchange 2010 SP 2 - a breeze compared to SP1

When I heard about SP2 - I was worried that I would have to do a lot before I could even think about upgrading. This SP was a bit more routine...

• Upgrade my BES
• Although there may be concerns if I actually want to use some of the new address book features
• Run a schema update and add IIS 6 WMI compatibility
• Request an ES release for Unity Connection voicemail and upgrade
• We went to 8.6.2ES23.21018-23
• Make sure that none of my databases had any odd characters
• Find a window to do the upgrade

We had a few users report some oddities - like duplicate sent emails or duplicate shared contacts - but those may not have had anything to do with the upgrade.

Call me relieved...
